Green-Lean Operations Evaluation Framework: A case from Iranian Automotive Industry

Companies have been forced to find alternatives balance productivity and the environment in their operations products as they move greener products. The result of this action is balancing continuous or simultaneous exploration using pure green designs. purpose paper identify green-lean evaluation model Automotive Industry. In study, important criteria lean production system were identified from studies conducted field. effects proposed relationships are examined a questionnaire. Furthermore, Best-Worst Method (BWM) has used for ranking weight matrix. Also, causal among each criterion sub-criteria obtained by utilizing Decision making trial laboratory (DEMATEL) technique . results showed that use environmental-friendly recyclable packaging materials increase useful life packaged ranked top two Green-Lean realm. operational management, techniques will be implemented reduce both waste pollution. strategy allows company enhance its environmental efficiency.
